How refunds work

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are handled by Paddle under their buyer terms.

Write to [email protected] first — we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Trial

Postel Mail includes a 14-day free trial — the whole app, no card, no account. Try it before you buy.

Cancellation

Cancel any time through the management link on your Paddle receipt. You keep what you paid for through the end of the paid period — there is no early-termination charge.
